Program Participation Period:

Terms and conditions on the use of the ticket for the ANA Prize winner (ใบอนุญาตเลขที่ 1643/2569):
1) The ANA x NITORI program begins on 1 August 2026 and ends on 13 September 2026.
2) Get one [1] chance to enter the lucky draw with a minimum spend of THB 1,000 per receipt, follow NITORI Thailand social media, scan QR code and complete the registration form, and subscribe to the ANA E-Newsletter.
3) The prize ticket can only be used for a round-trip flight departing from Bangkok to Tokyo, and does not apply to flights departing from Tokyo.
4) For the 1st prize winners (flight tickets), All Nippon Airways (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (ANA) will contact the winners via email at [email protected] to proceed with ticket issuance. Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize via email within 30 days from the prize announcement date, and collect the tickets in person at the ANA Bangkok Office, 2nd Floor, C.P. Tower, Silom Road, Bangkok.
5) The applicable cabin class: Economy Class.
6) The prize ticket is valid for travel on flights NH805 NH806 NH807 NH808 only.
7) Travel period: From 01 September 2026 - 28 February 2027. and the departure date of the next segment after the first segment (return date) is valid no later than 3 months. The return ticket is valid within 3 months from the departure date.
8) The ticket cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred, cannot be changed, and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
9) The prize ticket cannot be used for codeshare flights operated by other airlines with the ANA flight number, as well as codeshare flights operated by partner airlines with the ANA flight number.
10) The number of seats available for award tickets is limited. (This award ticket booking service may not be available for some flights.) It is possible that an award ticket cannot be used even if there are regular seats on the flight. Based on the flight's seat availability, some waitlisted bookings may not be accepted.
11) It is possible that you will not earn miles when using an award ticket.
12) It is not possible to use an award ticket and an upgrade award at the same time.
13) The ticket is only valid for the flight date indicated on the ticket when the prize winner requests ticket issuance. Changing the date/route or name is not permitted.
14) Reservations must be made at least two [2] weeks prior to the departure date from Bangkok to Tokyo.
15) The prize winner must be responsible for a 5% withholding tax on the prize value, in accordance with the Revenue Department Orders No. ป.4/2528 dated September 26, 1985, and No. ป.104/2544 dated September 15, 2001.
16) Prizes not used before 28 February 2027 will be forfeited. The expiration date will not be extended under any circumstances.
17) Changes are not allowed after the confirmed reservation has been made.
18) All passports and visas must comply with the Japanese immigration regulations. The prize winner is responsible for obtaining the necessary visa for the trip.

Terms and conditions on the use of the ANA discount promo-code:
1) This promotion is valid for ticket purchases made from 01 August 2026 – 30 September 2026.
2) Valid for travel on international sectors departing from Bangkok to Japan from 07 July 2026 – 31 October 2026. (Blackout dates apply.)
3) The 8% discount is valid for NH/NQ operated flights only.
4) The 8% discount applies to round-trip bookings originating from Bangkok to Japan in the following fare classes: Economy Class: Y, B, M, U, H, Q, V, W, S.
5) Offer is valid only for tickets purchased through the ANA Thailand website.
6) Promo code must be entered in capital letters at the time of booking to receive the discount.
7) This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
8) Discount applies to base fares only; taxes and surcharges are excluded.
9) All fares are subject to seat availability and may change without prior notice.
10) Please refer to individual fare rules for ticket changes, refunds, or cancellations.
11) ANA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
