Terms and Conditions:

● This Lucky Draw is organized and administered by Decathlon Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Decathlon”) and All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd (“ANA”)(collectively, the “Organizers”).

● The Lucky Draw shall commence from 9th October 2026 (0900 hrs, SGT) and end on 30th November 2026 (1759 hrs, SGT).

● This T&Cs shall be read together with ANA’s Terms & Conditions for this Lucky Draw.

● The Lucky Draw is open to all participants who are Decathlon members and those who spend a minimum of SGD100 on products that are intended for use during the winter season or in cold climates (“Winter Products”) under the brand of Decathlon (including Quechua, Wedze) in a single receipt. The receipt must be endorsed by a teammate at the Welcome Desk of any Decathlon stores to be eligible for the Lucky Draw. The participant must key in the unique code from the purchased receipt to register on the campaign landing page https://flyana-campaign.com/SGANAxDECATHLON2026/en with all other required information to participate and stand a chance to win one of the prizes.

● Decathlon has the sole and full authority to determine what is considered a Winter Product.

● By participating in this Lucky Draw, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (including ANA’s Terms and Conditions for this Lucky Draw). All rules and regulations and instructions issued by Decathlon from time to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.

● All prize winners will be announced within 2 weeks after the Campaign closes on 30th November 2026 (1759 hrs, SGT) with an email confirmation sent directly to them.

● A total of 3 lucky winners will be selected by a random computerised system, within 2 weeks from the end of the Campaign. Prizes are listed under ANA’s Terms and Conditions for this Lucky Draw.

● The Organizers reserve the right to replace any prize with an alternative item of similar value without prior notice.

● The Prize Winner must respond and claim the Prize by replying to the email within three (3) calendar days from the date of the notification, failing which the Prize shall be treated as unclaimed and shall be deemed forfeited. The Prize must be claimed in the manner and by the date notified by Decathlon, which may be changed at Decathlon’s absolute discretion.

● The Prize is non-transferrable and the Prize Winner whose Prize has been unclaimed/unredeemed or forfeited hereunder shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.

● The Prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

● Decathlon shall not be responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property, arising from and/or in connection with the Prize or the Lucky Draw.

● Decathlon reserves the right to deny or claw back any part or all of the Prize awarded to the Prize Winner should the Prize Winner subsequently be deemed to be contravening the terms and conditions. Decathlon’s determination on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence and/or appeals will be entertained.

● To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decathlon shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct loss, indirect or consequential loss, damage, cost and expense, or loss or profits, arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw or the Prize.

● Decathlon shall not be held liable or responsible for any dispute that customers may have with any third parties, regarding the use of the Prize.

● By participating in the Lucky Draw, you agree and consent to your personal data being collected, processed, used, disclosed, shared, and retained by Decathlon, ANA, and their respective third-party service providers (collectively, the “Organizers and Partners”), for the following purposes: (a) administering and managing the Lucky Draw (including contacting winners and prize fulfillment); (b) promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes relating to the Lucky Draw, Decathlon, ANA, and participating partners and by Decathlon generally; and (c) research, analysis and development activities (including data analytics, surveys, profiling) conducted by Decathlon, ANA, and participating partners, in accordance with the respective Organizers and Partners’ Privacy Policy. ● Decathlon reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

Terms and Conditions:

● Only 1 winner will be selected for each prize category.

● This lucky draw is not open to employees of Decathlon Singapore or All Nippon Airways, their immediate relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisations.

● By participating in the lucky draw, the participant(s) is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

● Winners will be selected at random. Closing date for entry is on 30th November 2026. After this date, no further entries to the lucky draw will be considered.

● All Nippon Airways & Decathlon Singapore will not be responsible for entries not received for any reason.

● Ticket(s) are not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, non-endorsable, non-reroutable and non-refundable under any circumstances. No stopovers permitted.

● Prize winner’s name change is not allowed, and the prize winner(s) must travel. Prize winner & travel companion must depart and return on the same dates and flights if winning tickets are more than one.

● Ticket(s) are not applicable on code-share flights. Seats are subject to availability and approval in designated booking class. All Nippon Airways (Singapore) reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates if the winner's requested period is unavailable.

● Booking Class: X [Ticket(s) must be booked in designated booking class].

● Ticket(s) is not eligible for AMC mileage accrual & upgrading using mileage or cash.

● Ticket(s) exclude fuel surcharges, airport taxes and miscellaneous fees, which will be paid full by the prize winner at the time of ticket issuance.

● Ticket(s) is valid on the flight dates shown. Date and/or Name change is not permitted.

● Applicable International Flights: NH801/NH802/NH803/NH804/NH841/NH842/NH843/NH844. Flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Domestic flights if permitted are subject to availability. Flight schedules are also subject to change without prior notice.

● Booking must be made at least four [4] weeks before departure from Singapore for travel.

● Winner’s travel destinations are fixed, and non-changeable.

● Prize(s) not claimed after 31st May 2027 shall be forfeited. No extension of validity under any circumstances is allowed.

● Following submission of the prize winner’s flight reservation to All Nippon Airways (Singapore), no modifications, amendments, or changes will be allowed. Upon confirmation of the flight booking by All Nippon Airways (Singapore), all booking details shall be deemed final and non-modifiable.

● All passports and visas must be valid for at least six [6] months from the date of entry into the destined country or countries of destination. The prize winners are responsible for obtaining the necessary visa required for the travel.

● All other terms and conditions will be stated on prize letters.

● Decathlon Singapore & All Nippon Airways (Singapore)'s decision in respect of all matters related to the lucky draw will be final.

● Decathlon Singapore & All Nippon Airways (Singapore) reserve the right not to enter into any correspondence.

How Can I Be Eligible For the Lucky Draw?

You must be a Decathlon member who (1) registered with a valid email address and a valid phone number; (2) have a minimum spend of SGD100 of Winter Products in a single receipt endorsed by a teammate at the Welcome Desk of any Decathlon stores to be eligible for the Lucky Draw; and (3) key in the unique code from the purchased receipt to register on campaign landing page https://flyana-campaign.com/SGANAxDECATHLON2026/en with all other required information to participate and stand a chance win one of the prizes.

Where And When Will The Lucky Draw Winner Be Announced?

1. All prize winners will be announced within 2 weeks after the Campaign closes on 30th November 2026 (1759 hrs, SGT)

2. The winners will be contacted by Decathlon on the redemption process.

How Will I Know That I Am Registered For This Lucky Draw?

1. After successfully submitting the required details on the campaign landing page, the lucky draw participants will be directed to a “Thank You” page confirming their entry.

2. You will also receive an auto-reply confirmation email with their lucky draw entry details.

How Will The Prize Winner Be Selected?

The winner (“Winner”) shall be determined by a random computerised system, within 2 weeks from the end of the Campaign.
