• How to Participate:

1. Each participant must be a Uniqlo APP Member.

2. Have spent a minimum of [$[90] within a single receipt] at Uniqlo Singapore stores as well as online. The minimum spend refers to the final amount after the use of any Uniqlo coupons and mall vouchers, and excludes purchase of gift cards, cost of alternation and gift service fees.

3. Go onto Uniqlo Thank You Festival Page to access the participation form.

4. Enter your details in the form to qualify for the lucky draw.

Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to Uniqlo Thank You Festival Draw (“Game”) organized by Uniqlo (Singapore) Pte Ltd of 1 Maritime Square, Harbourfront Centre #07-02 Singapore 099253 (“Uniqlo”).

2. By taking part in the Game, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Uniqlo. Each participant shall not take part in the Game on behalf of any other person.

3. The qualifying period for the Game is from 30 May 2024, 12.00AM to 6 June 2024, 11.59PM.

4. The Game is a lucky draw.

5. In order to participate, participants must be a Singapore resident and at least 18 years of age to be eligible for this campaign. Each participant must also be a Uniqlo App member and subscribe to be a member of ANA E-newsletter.

6. All permanent and contract employees of Uniqlo and All Nippon Airways Co Ltd (“ANA”), and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) are not eligible to participate in the Game. By participating in the Game, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7. To participate in the Game, each participant must have spent a minimum of $90 within a single receipt at any Uniqlo Singapore stores, Uniqlo APP, or Uniqlo e-commerce website. The minimum spend refers to the final amount after the use of any Uniqlo coupons and mall vouchers, and excludes purchase of gift cards, cost of alternation and gift service fees.

8. Each receipt and order number with minimum spend of $90 nett will serve as a raffle entry. Multiple transactions using the same receipt or number will only be counted as one (1) entry.

9. Uniqlo has the absolute discretion to disqualify any participant from the Game if the participant’s form or eligibility does not meet the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions, or if Uniqlo in its absolute discretion believes that such person has contravened or may contravene any of these Terms and Conditions, or if the person may bring disrepute to Uniqlo.

10. The prizes are:

One Pair of Economy round-trip tickets to Japan via All Nippon Airways (ANA). Prize only includes cost of air ticket. The winner will have to bear all airport tax, fuel surcharge and insurance surcharge.

11. The Game will be conducted at Uniqlo’s office at 1 Maritime Square, Harbourfront Centre #07-02 Singapore 099253 on 24 June 2024. Winners will be selected at random under the supervision of an independent auditor and contracted by 1st July 2024 via email for prize collection.

12. The full list of winners will be announced on https://uniqlo.com/sg/en/special-feature/thank-you-festival. Any prizes that are unclaimed by 31 July 2024 will be forfeited. Customers will need to present their original receipt/order slip. Reserve winner(s) will be drawn to replace any winner(s) subsequently disqualified or any unclaimed prizes.

13. Redemption of the tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of ANA which can be found at https://flyana-campaign.com/sganauniqlo2024/en. Uniqlo shall not be liable for the terms and conditions of ANA, including but not limited to any misstatement of the terms and conditions by ANA.

14. The winner of any prize shall be responsible for the use of the prize. Uniqlo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death in connection with the Game or prize, howsoever arising.

15. Only fully completed and legible forms will be considered for the Game. By completing the form, each participant represents and warrants that any information each participant gives is accurate. By participating in the Game, each participant agrees and acknowledges that all personal data submitted may be collected, used, processed and disclosed by Uniqlo for the purposes of (i) conducting, processing and administering the Game (including but not limited to communicating with you and/or any third parties sponsoring the prizes and disclosing and publishing the names of the winners), and that Uniqlo’s Privacy Policy will apply. 16. Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other item or otherwise, either wholly or partially. Uniqlo reserves the right to change the prizes to one of a similar monetary value. Where any prize contains a specific date during which the prize should be redeemed, no requests for extensions or replacements will be entertained.

17. The decision of Uniqlo on all matters relating to or in connection with the Game are final, conclusive and binding. Uniqlo shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Game.

18. Uniqlo reserves the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice and participants shall be bound by such amendments. Uniqlo also reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, postpone or change the Game where it becomes necessary to do so.

19. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Game.

20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

(ANA) Terms and Conditions

Sectors: Singapore – Japan

Class: Economy Class

1. Travel period is from 01-07-2024 to 30-06-2025. Flight schedules shall be subjected to availability of tickets by All Nippon Airways (ANA) and blackout period applies (refer to below T&Cs for blackout dates).

2. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

3. The prizes are not transferable.

4. Prizes are subjected to availability and ANA reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5. Travel Period: 01-07-2024 to 30-06-2025 (based on departure date from Singapore).

6. Blackout Period:

- Obon Festival: 10 - 16 August 2024

- December: 01 - 23 December 2024

- Chinese New Year: 29 - 31 January 2025, 01 - 02 February 2025

- March: 22 - 31 March 2025

- April: 11 - 20 April 2025

7. Ticket(s) is not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, non-endorsable, non-reroutable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

8. Prize winner’s name change is not allowed and the prize winner must travel.

9. Tickets are not applicable on code-share flights. Seats are subject to availability in designated booking class.

10. Booking Class: X [Ticket must be booked in designated booking class].

11. Ticket(s) is not eligible for AMC mileage accrual & upgrading using mileage.

12. Ticket(s) is excluding applicable taxes and surcharges.

13. Applicable taxes and surcharges to be paid fully by the prize winner.

14. Ticket(s) is valid on the flight date shown. Date and/or Name change is not permitted. Ticket(s) is valid for one month from the date of departure from Singapore.

15. Applicable International Flights: NH801/NH802/ NH841/NH842/NH843/NH844. Flight schedules subject to change without prior notice.

16. Booking must be made at least two [2] weeks before departure from Singapore for travel.

17. Winner will get to pick one destination available from ANA's domestic route in Japan only.

18. Prize not claimed after 30-06-2025 shall be forfeited.

19. No extension of validity under any circumstances is allowed.

20. Reservation information will be provided to the winner.

21. Changes are not permitted, once booking is confirmed.

22. All passports and visas must be valid for at least six [6] months from the date to entry into the destined country or countries of destination.

23. The prize winner is responsible for obtaining the necessary visa required for the travel.

24. Prevailing taxes and surcharges are payable by prize winner at the time of ticketing.

25. All other terms and conditions will be stated on prize letters.

26. ANA reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence, and at our sole discretion, to change, amend or add on to these Terms and Conditions, or terminate, vary or suspend this lucky draw, or substitute this lucky draw for another, at any time without prior notice.

27. All participants agree to receive marketing, advertising and promotional information from ANA, if participants ticked the checked box. All participants agree that they will be registered to receive ANA E-Newsletters, if participants ticked the checked box.

28. You are providing your information to ANA; not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policies found at ANA's privacy policy.
